The Village is looking for companies with experience in the following areas. Provide a description of your experience in each of the areas listed below, supported by relevant examples of the properties where you provided these services: • Completion of major golf and support facility capital improvements. • Operation and management of high-quality 18-hole golf courses. • Federal, state, or municipal properties in a park setting, with a minimum of five (5) such properties over the last five years. • As a tenant under a lease agreement or as a management company. • Junior golf programs. • Managing all components of a golf course, including golf course maintenance, golf operations, pro shop merchandising, food & beverage operations, instruction & programming, marketing and advertising, janitorial service, land management, human resources, construction management, and improvement projects.
