The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for demolition, removal, and disposal of existing improvements; removal and salvage of designated items; miscellaneous roadway improvements including installation of concrete sidewalk, pavement markings and markers, and permanent signs; installation of concrete median curbing for access management and U-turn prevention with associated signing and markings; curb extensions with raised median or delineator posts at some locations; installation of asphalt speed cushions; and comprehensive replacement or refreshing of pavement markings within the limits of improvements. This project is funded by the State Transportation and Federal Enhancement Funds; certain Federal Regulations apply as specified herein
