Labor Rates for Sewage Pumps Maintenance and Repair Services. Full service to include (but is not limited to) maintenance, repair, parts, installation, rental, emergency services, etc. Regular Hours are considered Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime is considered anytime not covered under regular hours (all other days, hours, and State & Federal Holidays). Travel rate is defined as the miles to and from supplier location. Equipment is defined as a machine/device used to complete a specific job. Technicians must follow definitions as indicated in the Code of Alabama Title 34 Chapter 37. Awarded supplier must follow State of Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examination Board rules, regulations and guidelines when performing work. Technician must be licensed and/or certified for specific equipment repairs, maintenance and/or installation. Supplier must provide individual proof of license and/or certifications by the State of Alabama Plumbers and Gas Fitters Examination Board for each technician with their bid response. The license and/or certification must be maintained, and supplier must make available for inspection, upon request by ADOC. Work request may be submitted by email, fax, land line or cell phone. Supplier must respond to service calls within 24 hours of receiving a work request. All work must be approved by the ADOC - Engineering Facilities Management Division Representative. Agency reserves the right to obtain quotes for rental of equipment if supplier’s price is considered excessive.
