The City of Lilburn seeks a qualified consultant to manage engineered design, permitting, and construction bid support for the streambank stabilization project to adhere to all applicable Federal, State, regional, and local land development and environmental regulations. Project compliance will include, but is not limited to NEPA, the Clean Water Act (CWA), state and local erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control measures, stormwater/NPDES requirements, floodplain management guidelines, wetlands protection standards, stream buffer protection and variance mitigation protocols. A qualified project administrator will be identified to act as the City’s agent, overseeing pre-submittal coordination, completion and submission of necessary plans, permits and variance applications to ensure regulatory compliance with various agencies. Prior to final design document approval, potential NEPA environmental and cultural impacts will be identified and thoroughly assessed.
