The Contractor shall meet the key standards for electrical safety to include the National Electrical Code (NEC) (NFPA 70) (NFPA 99 – Health Care Facilities Code) for the safe installation of electrical systems as applicable, NFPA 70E for workplace safety including protective equipment (PPE) and arc flash prevention, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), National Electrical Installation Standards (NEIS) from NECA standards as applicable.
