Reconstruction of the Main Sewage Pump System, Rehabilitation of the Final Settling and Aeration Tank Systems, and Replacement of the process air Blowers at Owls Head Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility

The CM Consultant shall provide the OH-112 construction management services to: 1. Line existing 96-in. Force Main with carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP); 2. Replace the 84-in. discharge header and 66-in. risers; 3. Replace the five (5) 60 MGD Main Sewage Pump (MSP), shafts, bearings, base, elbows, supports and appurtenances; 4. Install five (5) medium voltage (MV) Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and install new VFD Room; 5. Replace the four (4) primary side climber screens with primary side multi-rake screen; 6. Replace the four (4) secondary side climber screens with secondary side multi-rake screen (3/8” bar sizing); 7. Replace the forebay, screening influent, screening effluent, and primary settling tank splitter box slide gates; 8. Install dry well flood recovery pump; 9. Replace Venturi Meter; 10.
