A. Contractor shall provide a heavy-duty mechanical broom street sweeper, e.g., Elgin Eagle or equivalent, to provide sweeping service to the entire parking lot area and roadway lanes. Contractor to provide a mobile or heavy-duty dustless power vacuum attachment capable of removing all debris and leaves from the paved parking area, fence line, etc. Hand blowing will be required in areas the sweeper will not reach. B. Contractor to ensure that all debris is removed from the premises including the refuse and debris that may accumulate around the building, in the parking lot, and roadway lanes. This shall include removal of debris and leaves in corners, behind wheel stops, along all fence lines, and recessed areas which are accessible by the mobile unit.
