The Arizona Office of the Secretary of State (AZSOS) issues this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit information from qualified vendors for options and costs for a Voter Registration System and Databases Software and Services as described in this document. The purpose and intent of the RFI is to gather information and view demonstrations of state-of-the art voter registration and/or statewide election management systems currently in use within the United States that are highly stable, accurate, secure and functional. The objective of this RFI is to identify new technology and capabilities of available solutions, the indicative costs of those options, and the implementation time vendors estimate it would take to have the system(s) up and running. This process is intended to be used as a research tool of products in the marketplace and is not a method of procurement. The State is researching the availability of a modern solution to assist AZSOS mission by: Exploring innovative products in the identified areas that the State could benefit from. Assessing industry capabilities. Increasing voter participation by making voting more accessible to all eligible parties, including working professionals, new citizens, military service members, elderly voters, people with disabilities, and students. Building confidence in the electoral process through increased efficiency, transparency and accountability for elections, reconciliation, and reporting of results. Reducing maintenance and overhead costs of devices being stored, transported, and maintained.
