The bidders must be manufacturer-authorized dealers or distributors of the listed boat and shall be properly licensed as required for the sale of the equipment in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The boat must be new, not used, demoed or refurbished. All associated costs, including delivery/freight (to VDFP) must be included in the grand total. The boat must be delivered complete and ready for immediate use with all parts working correctly. There shall not be any dealer identification, stickers, decals or emblems placed on the boat. The boat will come with standard warranty. Delivery date must be included with this solicitation as it will be a determining factor for awarding. Failure on the part of the bidder to provide the aforementioned documentation shall be caused to declare the bid non-responsive. This bid will be awarded on a GRAND TOTAL basis. Pricing must be FOB destination. Any bid with freight added with be deemed unresponsive.
