The Operations and Maintenance Division (O&M) of the Gwinnett County Department of Support Services (DOSS) is soliciting proposals from qualified Service Providers for the Provision of Custodial Services at Various Gwinnett County Facilities. The facilities are listed below in Sections V, VIII and X as well as in the Proposal Document. Service locations, personnel requirements and schedules are provided in the Proposal Document. Scope of Services is included in Sections II and III. The selected Service Provider shall coordinate work schedules with the Designated Department Representative (DDR) and with the requirements of each facility. These cleanings will occur at set time intervals with set pricing as stated in the Proposal Document and Cost Proposal, respectively. In addition to scheduled cleanings, the County will require time and material services (T&M) for on demand or emergency cleanings. The T&M element will be billed at the hourly rates, and material markups, as stated in the Cost Proposal. The Scope of Services may be affected by the impacts of pandemics, acts of war or natural disasters.
