The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and supervision required to determine the operational status of each device of the existing Fire Alarm System(s). Inspection & Testing service procedures provided by contractor shall conform to NFPA standards as adopted by 675 of the Indiana Administrative Code, NFPA 72- 2010, NFPA 101-2012 Life Safety Code and any other requirements as mandated by current Joint Commission Standards. The minimum number of planned inspection cycles shall be two (2) times per fiscal year spaced 6 months +/- 20 days from the previous inspection and shall conform to required testing frequencies as tabulated within NFPA 72 for each fire alarm component type. The first Inspection & Test cycle shall be performed upon successfully being awarded the contract unless otherwise directed by Physical Plant Maintenance Supervisor. All devices shall be inspected and tested in this first cycle. The semi-annual visual inspection of all devices shall be performed under this agreement.
