Individual task orders will specify an exact scope of services that may include, but will not be limited to, some or all of the items listed below: • New housing units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms of various building types and elevations, and supporting facilities, o Typical buildings shall contain a combination of single, duplex, tri-plex, four-plex units, and other multi-plex unit buildings. o Buildings shall have different elevations. o Buildings shall have varying mixes of bedrooms o Building design and elevations shall be in conformity with the traditional style found in New Orleans. o Housing units may be targeted for senior residents and/or families. o All senior units shall be accessible per UFAS. o Neighborhood and individual housing units shall be visitable per HUD guidelines to the extent possible.
