Please read “special proposal evaluation conditions” note below) • Configurations must adhere to the following budgetary constraints: o 4 lane configurations – offers shall not exceed $300k USD o 2 lane configurations - offers shall not exceed $200k USD o 1 lane configurations - offers shall not exceed $100k USD • Compatibility: Must integrate seamlessly with ABB IRB 6700-150/3.2. o Weight: Maximum weight including loaded material is not to exceed 150kg. o Mounting: Preference towards quick connect system to facilitate potential inspection system addition. o Controls: Preferred compatibility with a Siemens S7-1500 PLC. o Integration: Reach and other factors need to be detailed for minimum part size/complexity. • Heating Method: Preferred infrared (IR) heating, or other heating such as pulse light or others • Data Acquisition: Capable of real-time data drawing and acquisition for digital twin applications • **”OPTIONAL” Offer**: Offerors may also submit an alternate proposal of a 4, 2 or 1 lane “turn-key” solution where the Offeror provides the robotic arm, or the robot is integrated into the Offeror’s solution. Should you provide an “Optional” offer, the ‘optional’ offer will not be used in the evaluation to determine award. However, Clemson University reserves the right to select the ‘optional’ offer during negotiations with the lowest responsible and responsive Offeror if the ’optional’ offer is within the budget range. Installation/Programming/Training • Installation, programming, and operations training to be provided by the offeror. • Standard AFP acceptance testing to be performed by Clemson University prior to full payment. The AFP acceptance testing document will be provided to offeror, in addition to their respective acceptance procedure. The Clemson acceptance testing document will include geometrical shapes/path to ensure accuracy of placement. Warranty, Service and Support • Minimum 3 year parts and labor warranty. Delivery • Maximum delivery 16 weeks after receipt of order.
