This scoping project is to assess the replacement or rehabilitation of a single 1-lane Dickison Dr. (Abiquiu Trail) The project will investigate needed Right-of-Way, utility conflicts, environmental impacts. Provides cost estimates for both design and construction, preliminary design, and provides documentation for reapplying through OSB for design, ROW, and construction funds. T0709 03L: Pinal Creek Bridge #2-Hick’s Bridge (Structure #08604) is located in the Southeast district. This is a scoping project to assess the rehabilitation or replacement of a 1-lane bridge on (Hicks )The project will investigate needed Right-of-Way, utility conflicts and environmental impacts. Provides cost estimates for both design and construction, preliminary design, and provides documentation for reapplying through OSB for design, ROW, and construction funds. The design consultant’s scope of work includes the preparation of a scoping document to assess the rehabilitation or replacement type of the subject bridges. The scoping document will include: ● Description of scope of work, justification (system prioritization), schedule, and detailed itemized cost estimate for both design and construction costs. ● 15pct level design plans. ● Review of ROW, Utility, and Environmental needs. ● Provide documentation for reapplying through OSB for design, ROW, and construction funds. Note: Consultant ranked #1 will be selected for T0708 03L and consultant ranked #2 will be selected for T0709 03L. Final Design and Post Design Services may be added by modification at the Departments sole discretion.
