Scope of Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The abatement of ACM identified VCT tiles and adhesive for approximately 44,000 S.F of floor area. All flooring areas cleared of VTC tile and adhesive during the abatement service, will be cleaned and sealed in preparation for new flooring installation. (Pricing will not reflect any material or labor costs associated with flooring installation service.) 2. The removal of all ACM identified fireproofing only on the existing structural supports exposed and accessible by removal and abatement activities. 3. All staff involved with this abatement project must have an asbestos license that is up to date. 4. All asbestos work must follow New York Code Rule 56. 5. All work must follow all local, State and Federal laws.
