The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: Preform initial and final surveys of the mine site; any necessary clearing and grubbing at the site; establish off-site borrow area, including initial and final surveys; construct one (1) wet mine seal; 0-0 (4) construct four (4) mine seals; regrade site to generate material to reclaim same; eliminate the highwall at the portal area; reclaim the sediment pond; install Main Hollow Channel; install Road Ditch; install Pond Diversion; erosion and sediment control with best management practices; revegetation of disturbed areas. The Contractor shall also be responsible for surveying, including establishing construction baseline, measuring, and developing all completed quantities on the job, and for ordering, purchase and delivery of all materials required for construction or required for development of support areas. The Contractor shall perform all other operations as incidental to the program as specified herein.
