Marion County Public Works Department (County)is issuing this Request for Proposals to obtain proposals from qualified consultant(s) for provision of land surveying and engineering services for the design of infrastructure improvements on the south side of E Central Street in Gates from Horeb Street on the west to Oak Street on the east. Improvements will also be made to both sides of Horeb Street from the North Santiam Highway south and east through the corner where Horeb Street turns into E Sorbin Street, the “Project.”. Improvements along E Central Street will include curbs, sidewalks, parking in certain areas, storm drainage facilities, street furniture, decorative street lighting and an asphalt overlay of the street.
