Pool is approximately 75 feet x 50 feet. Deepest part of the pool is approximately 5 feet, 10 inches and holds approximately 115,000 gallons of water. PREP • Pool to be drained • Power sand coated surface to a 60-grit finish, properly scaring existing coatings and removing/loosening any contaminants to ensure correct bonding. • Use mechanical wire wheel to remove loose gutter caulk sealant and prep for new nitrile rubber sealant application CLEANING • Swimming Pool to be swept clean then etched clean with 35% muriatic acid solution followed by tri sodium phosphate detergent wash. • Rinse with pressure washer. • pool to be dried thoroughly. CAULKING AND EPOXY APPLICATION • Nitrile rubber caulk to be installed under the gutter to seal the joint against leakage. • Any areas where Gunite is showing through to be spot primed with epoxy bonding primer. • Two (2) applications of “Zeron” high solids white epoxy as manufactured by Olympic Pool Products to be applied, allowing a minimum of eight (8) hours cure time between coats to ensure proper curing of epoxy. • After base coat(s) of white epoxy is cured, lanes and wall targets to be masked off and then one (1) application of “Zeron” high solids epoxy as manufactured by Olympic Pool Products to be applied and masking tape removed. • After lane lines and targets are cured, one (1) coat of high solids clear coat epoxy to be applied to lanes and targets reducing the rapid fading of lanes and targets over time. • Shawnee Golden Eagle logo to be masked off and recoated WARRANTY • One year warranty on workmanship.
