1. Crew and Equipment Mobilization = $ ____.__ / Night Shift • Billable for each shift onsite tile demolition or repair work is performed. Full shifts are to be performed as permitted by the lane closure schedule to minimize partial shift mobilizations. 2. Tile Replacement with Mortar Bed Repair/Grinding = $ ___.__ / Square Foot Installed • Applicable to continuous repair areas of 1 Square Foot (9 tiles) and greater. • Tile and loose substrate removal – Saw cut / bush hammer the identified tile and loose or questionable cement to a very rough and bondable profile – ICRI CSP 7 to 9. • Pressure wash the area clean to remove any dust or loose debris. • Mortar the concrete substrate using Mapei Planitop XS Repair Mortar to proper tile installation height or grind the existing mortar bed to proper tile installation height if material is in satisfactory structural condition. • Install the tile to align with existing spacing and height using Mapei Granirapid Premium, Rapid-Setting, and Flexible Tile Mortar. • Grout the tile using Mapei Ultracolor Plus Grout. • Clean job site and dispose of all trash from site daily for the length of project. 3. Tile Replacement – Continuous Areas Less than 1 Square Foot (1-8 Tiles) = $__.__ / Each Tile • Billable for smaller areas in lieu of the Square Foot unit pricing established for Item 2, due to impact on efficiency. A similar repair process is required. • Clean job site and dispose of all trash from site daily for the length of project. • Not a stand alone pay item - May be paired with the Base Mobilization and/or Rig Relocation, as applicable, or performed in conjunction with other work from the same general equipment position.
