1. Meet any infrastructure needs to complete the services. This includes ensuring the availability of road/boat ramp/waterbody/air space access, access to electricity or water, appropriately sized and situated area for performing services, and any other infrastructure required (i.e. permits) by the Contractor. 2. Secure all necessary access permissions to conduct flights throughout the Project Study Area and will supply copies to the Department Project Manager, and is required to have all appropriate local, state, and federal licenses and/or training required to operate the aircraft. The Contractor is expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws including but not limited to Chapters 329, 330 and Section 934.50(4)(l), Florida Statues, as applicable. Copies of executed permits and permissions or documentation of exemption will be presented to the Department Project Manager before work is conducted. 3. Notify the Department’s Project Manager of all scheduled flights and data collection so that the Department can deploy instruments for duplicate background data collection. The window of time will be determined based on air and water temperatures; coldest temperatures being the target days and during negative tides so that groundwater discharge points are most defined. If data collection cannot be completed in the first collection period, the contractor will propose an estimate for a subsequent collection window. 4. Complete data collection within the coldest months of the year (no sooner than January 1 or later than February 28) 2026. Coastline flight paths will be prioritized. The Contractor will supply daily field logs recorded during the completion of data collection. Daily logs will include flight times, area, manifest, and weather conditions during data collection. The Contractor will deliver daily logs at the end of each week of data collection. The Contractor will deliver all data deliverables for Department review no later than May 1, 2026. (Service).
