Contractor shall provide the following: A. The Contractor will test milk product samples at a licensed lab recognized and approved by each of the following agencies: the California Department of Food & Agriculture (CDFA), the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA or FDA). i. The Contractor must have, and maintain for the term of the agreement, current accreditations, licenses, and/or permits as required by the above-mentioned control agencies. B. The Contractor shall pick-up the milk product samples from the CALPIA Dairy - Milk Processing Enterprise located at COR once a week on Thursday. i. Milk product samples may consist of any of the following: 1% milk, 2% milk, whole milk, non-fat milk, and chocolate milk. C. The Contractor will test CALPIA milk samples once per week unless otherwise directed by the CALPIA Project Representative, or designee. i. Lab testing and additional services shall include those identified on the Cost Sheet, Attachment 3. a. CALPIA may request additional tests as needed. ii. Test results shall be emailed to the CALPIA Project Representative, or designee, the following Monday and an original copy of the test results shall follow in the mail. a. Mailed test results should be addressed to the attention of the CALPIA Project Representative, or designee, at the address listed in Section 2, Part A above.
