The project will entail the design and construction of an approximately 24,000 square foot off-leash dog run, thoughtfully designed to offer a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for dogs and their owners. To enhance safety and user experience, the facility will be divided into separate zones designated for large and small dogs, allowing dogs to play freely in an area appropriate to their size and temperament. This separation will promote a secure and comfortable atmosphere for pets and peace of mind for their owners. Key project components include: • Site preparation • Installation of fencing and secure entry points • Waste stations and appropriate signage The completed dog run will serve as a valued community amenity, encouraging responsible pet ownership and providing an accessible recreational space for residents and their canine companions.
