The Contractor shall provide as-needed pest control service coverage seven (7) days per week. A. Monthly scheduled services to include but not limited to the following: 1. Inspect exterior and interior of building for pests and treat accordingly, such as install traps/bait, and remove/treat cobwebs and wasp nests, and/or provide professional consultation and recommendations to the HHS Agency. 2. Complete pest control spraying within the interior of building, to include all entry points such as building entrances, doors, and windows, and any problematic areas as specified by the HHS Agency and identified during inspection. 3. Check and install or replace sticky traps inside building and, if necessary, treat interior and exterior of building based on types of pests discovered on traps. Sticky traps must be placed in locations out of sight such as in cabinets, under appliances, and behind doors. Sticky traps shall only be installed in areas identified to have pest activity or in areas where pests are typically active such as restrooms, break rooms, and kitchens. 4.
