The City of Biloxi will accept Statements of Qualifications & Experience from qualified firms for a design to combine up to four (4) existing storm drain pipes located on the sand beach into one singular new "poured in place" box culvert system south of the existing seawall and discharging into the Mississippi Sound in the area of White Avenue, Biloxi Mississippi The new outfall will be designed to manage the increased flow of up to four (4) pipe and also provide the public with an expansive walkway to use when viewing the Mississippi Sound. Design services will include, but not limited to: permitting; geotechnical investigations; field surveys; preliminary design with cost estimates; final design and preparate of construction drawings and specifications; and complete construction inspection services.
