the following: • Electrical Connections to HVAC Equipment Provide conduit, conductors, and terminations for new fan coil units and associated HVAC components as shown on the electrical drawings. Coordinate with the mechanical contractor and controls vendor to ensure complete and operable systems. • Demolition and Removal of Existing Electrical Systems Remove existing electrical devices, wiring, and conduit as required to accommodate the new installation. All demolition shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes and safety standards. • Installation of New Electrical Infrastructure Furnish and install new junction boxes, disconnects, wiring devices, and raceways. All work shall comply with the specifications outlined in Division 26 and the UNH Facilities Planning, Design, and Construction Guidelines. • Testing, Labeling, and Documentation Perform testing and verification of all installed systems. Provide electrical identification, as-built drawings, and operation and maintenance manuals per specification requirements.
