The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to identify and hire the most highly qualified Program Manager for Consulting Services relating to the design and construction of the New York Mets Minor League Clubhouse and Amenities at the St. Lucie County Sports Complex. Sterling Facility Services (“SFS”), owner of the NY Mets, will be responsible for developing and financing the project and will hire the architect and contractor directly. Gilbane Construction Company is the selected general contractor. The facility will be designed and built pursuant to a Facilities and Use Agreement Amendment between SFS and the County. The County requires a Program Manager to work directly for the County to provide limited oversight and advisory services for the design and construction of the Project.
