Scope of Work: The project scope consists of (3) parts Part 1 will demolish existing structures within the park along the Licking River and Ohio River maintaining certain items for reuse as stated in the plans and specifications. Part 2 will install the underground utilities, provide general earthwork and sitework including, but not limited to, concrete curbs, sidewalks, steps, ramps, pavers, patio, pavilion, walls and aprons. GC will install fencing, railings, landscaping and design-build irrigation. GC will install improvements including, but not limited to, lighting, public restrooms, picnic structure, concert shell, park amenities (e.g, benches, trash cans, dog park items, etc.). Part 3 will include alternate to design-build and construct the cantilevered viewing platform (the Overlook).
