1. All artwork, typesetting, and set-up costs are to be included in the price. 2. The City of Passaic shall not be charged extra for overruns. 3. The City will provide all artwork. All artwork is the property of the City of Passaic and must be returned at the end of the contract period. 4. If artwork is damaged or lost while in the possession of the printer, it is his/her responsibility to replace it with no cost to the City. 5. A sample of paper must be submitted with the bid. 6. In the case of failure to furnish any and all articles herein specified in accordance with this proposal, the agreement affected thereby, the Director of Purchasing may purchase said articles elsewhere and charge the vendor with the cost of damages thereof. 7.
