The City is seeking proposals from organizations that will collaborate with the Pinellas County Schools Office of Strategic Partnerships to deliver programming that helps parents and caregivers overcome barriers to supporting their children’s academic success. Focused on families with children in elementary and middle school, proposed programs must include at-home literacy and academic extension resources, parent engagement, and may also include activities that support parent wellbeing. Programs should be evidence-based, culturally relevant, and responsive to the unique needs of families across St. Petersburg. This RFP awards up to $95,000 and may span up to two academic years. Applicants must present a compelling case for the timeline and scope of their program, demonstrating how they will maximize available funding and report measurable outcomes.
