Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a sole source procurement to Evervac Equipment LLC, for the one-time purchase of three (3) RinnoVision RV-MAX 360 manhole inspection cameras, at a total cost of $73,540.00. These cameras will be utilized throughout the County for the required upkeep, inspections, repairs, and maintenance of manholes. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-205(2)(f) of the County’s Procurement Policy as only a single supplier in the market is licensed and authorized to service or sell the specified RinnoVision RV-MAX 360 inspection camera, and is only reasonably available from Evervac Equipment LLC. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
