The purpose of this project is to replace existing cameras and conduct renovations. The camera part of the project includes: Install new security camera system with 39 cameras. NVR with all Licenses Included and 80T of video storage 16 Bullet cameras 4K Resolution. 23 Vandal proof Dome cameras 4K Resolution. 16 Junction boxes for bullet cameras. 2 Work stations for viewing cameras with monitors and mounts. 2 battery backup units. 5 POE switches for cameras. 1 Wall Mount Rack for equipment. Enclosers for small switches and extenders. Cat6 cable for cameras. Repair, Replace and Run New Conduit as needed. 60" TV with Mount for viewing cameras. The renovation part of the project includes: Installing new sinks, new kitchen cabinets, new countertops and plumbing work for 101 residential units, furnishing both materials and labor.
