Supplier will provide the following Services which include the listed tasks: 9.1 Compliance Management 9.1.1 Ensuring payroll processes align with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements. 9.2 Global Employer of Record (EOR) Services 9.2.1 Acting as the legal employer for workers in countries where KU doesn’t have a local entity. 9.3 Global Payroll Management 9.3.1 Monthly/biweekly payroll processing per country 9.3.2 Calculating wages, taxes, contributions and deductions, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. 9.3.3 Ability to mitigate risk of fines and penalties due to mismanagement of payroll 9.3.4 Net-to-gross calculations 9.3.5 Pay slip generation and distribution 9.3.6 Paying employees in local currencies while managing exchange rates. 9.3.7 Manage all aspects of employment termination in each country, including the accurate calculation of severance payments and full compliance with local notice requirements and labor laws. 9.4 Employee Benefits Administration 9.4.1 Managing statutory benefits, pensions, healthcare, and other regionspecific allowances in accordance with local laws. 9.5 Regulatory Compliance & Reporting 9.5.1 Local tax filings and remittances 9.5.2 Handling tax withholdings, social contributions, and filing reports with local authorities 9.5.3 Statutory reporting to government agencies 9.5.4 Year-end statements (e.g., P60, 1099 equivalents) 9.5.5 Detailed pay slips
