Scope of Services The selected Owner’s Representative will serve as the City’s independent agent to provide construction oversight, management support, and quality assurance throughout the life of the project. Services may include, but are not limited to: • Monitoring and reporting on project schedule, budget, and construction progress. • Reviewing and advising on contractor invoices, change orders, and pay applications. • Serving as liaison between the City, architect, construction manager, and stakeholders. • Ensuring compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and municipal expectations. • Providing quality control, risk management, and project documentation support to protect the City’s interests.
