The Procurement Office for the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Building Department is soliciting responses for FY26 Short Term Rental Management Software for the Town of Barnstable. The software shall provide the ability to monitor local, regional and national short-term rental platforms and provide address identification for properties that are actively advertising rental(s). Platform shall have the ability to monitor rental activity of each individual property, ability to monitor property compliance with municipal regulations, provide data for reporting on individual properties as well as present and historical short-term data for the entirety of municipality. Ability to provide a 24/7 rental complaint hotline that offers both electronic and telephone property complaint services.
