City of Alamogordo is seeking a Contractor(s) to perform Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration maintenance, repair services, emergency services and installation of new equipment. HVACR services may be required at all City of Alamogordo facilities as requested by the Facility Maintenance department. Typical services performed under this contract may include new installation, scheduled repair service and general maintenance. Additional services performed may include freezers, coolers and ice machines. Award may be given to multiple bidders. Services will include all work efforts necessary to complete a project including parts, equipment, labor, materials, lifts, plumbing material and replacement of old units with new units to original design specifications or conditions acceptable to City of Alamogordo. The Contractor(s) will perform all required administration, management and quality assurance to ensure proper execution of maintenance & repair projects. All work performed shall be coordinated with the City of Alamogordo Facility Maintenance Department personnel as applicable to the location of the work.
