General lawn maintenance services, debris removal, and board-up of any/all openings of a structure for Blighted Property. These services include furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the scope of work. The scope of work is specific to each location and may include mowing and trimming, edging, landscaping, trash and debris removal, and board-up of any/all openings of structure(s) on private or public property as described in these bid specifications. Services also include the removal of grass/vegetation, leaf cuttings, and materials remaining as a result of such mowing, trimming, or edging work described in these bid specifications. All work will be done upon the discretion of City Administration.
