A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings plus as indicated on the mechanical and electrical drawings. B. Scope of alterations work is shown on drawings and/or as specified herein. C. Site modifications: NONE D. Architectural modifications: None. E. Mechanical modifications: Removal and Replacement of chiller and associated piping as shown on the drawings herein. Removal of existing water cooled chiller and piping connections. Recovery and disposal of refrigerant in existing chiller. Rigging and installation of new chiller. Piping of new chiller to existing chilled water and condenser water systems. Integration of new chiller to the Building Automation System. New refrigerant detection system. New mechanical room supply and exhaust ventilation systems. New chilled water pump insulation system. F. Electrical modifications: Removal of wiring to existing chiller and replacement with new wiring as shown on drawings herein. Remove existing wiring to the existing chiller to be removed, New wiring for power for the new chiller, power for refrigerant detection system and HVAC fans, mechanical room lighting.
