A. Scope of demolition and removal work is shown on drawings. B. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. C. The purpose of the project is to replace the existing Air Handlers and Terminal units serving the Pendergrast Library. D. Upgrade existing BMS to support air handler upgrades and new sequence of operations. E. Remove existing abandoned liquid cooled chiller, cooling tower and associated pumps. F. Installation of new building chilled water pumps to circulate chilled water from central energy plant to the building. G. Perform electrical and plumbing work in support of demolition of existing HVAC and installation of new HVAC systems. H. Protect existing floors, finishes and building during the HVAC upgrades. I. Make other improvements as noted on the Drawings.
