Scope of Work: · Remove and haul away one (1) existing 15-ton rooftop unit. · Furnish and install one 15-ton rooftop unit. · Provide rigging as required for the project. · Provide materials to re-connect gas piping and electrical for the required project. · Provide plumbing and install a continuous drain line from the condensation collection point to a roof drain. · Perform startup and return unit to normal operations. Provide startup report. · The unit should be comparable to the existing unit. · Rework curb and ductwork for the new unit and supply curb adapter if required. · Provide qualified roofing contractor, if needed, to fully repair any disturbance or opening made to the roof due to HVAC installation. · Must be City-licensed and insured. Permits and inspections are required.
