This is an RFQ for a 3-year blanket order agreement. The awarded bidder/vendor is required to supply materials for electrical controls such as, but not limited to Capacitors, Breakers, Blocks, Meters, Switches, ect.. for citywide developments and our L.I.C. Warehouse. These motors should be readily available for delivery within 30 days after receipt of order on an "as needed basis" during the duration of the contract period. The quantities provided are estimates based on current usage and the New York City Housing Authority may order less or more depending on our needs. All price adjustable RFQ'S are fixed for one year after the award date. Awarded vendors are entitled to one price increase per year upon review of manufacturers' supporting documentation justifying the requested line-item price increase. Payment terms are 2/10 NET 30.
