The Department of Fish and Game, Division of Administrative Services, is soliciting proposals forjanitorial services. The Department is seeking a contractor to clean the ADF&G Bethel office. Duties will include but are not limited to: DAILY: All the services listed must be completed daily. TIME: Services to be accomplished daily between 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM Monday through Friday. BATHROOMS: Mop or scrub Bathroom floors. thoroughly clean/scrub toilets and wash all plumbing fixtures with warm water and soap. Clean and disinfect sinks. Clean all dispensers, toilet partitions, and clean all mirrors. Mineral and calcium deposits will not be acceptable. Ensure restrooms have deodorizers. Clean the Janitor sink daily. Furnish and maintain adequate supplies of toilet tissue, seat covers, sanitary napkins, paper towels, hand soap or powder, and room deodorizers in restroom. Provide dispensers for all toilet supplies when needed. These supplies are to be of standard or better quality and are to be furnished by the Contractor. FLOORS: All carpeted floors must be thoroughly vacuumed. All Tile floors must be swept and mopped thoroughly with a clean mop using clean water and detergent. All Floors must be left in a clean, streak free condition. TRASH: Empty all wastebaskets inside and outside, into plastic garbage bags. Dispose of the bags in a designated off-site container. After disposal, close and secure the container lids and/or doors. Replace plastic liners daily in all trash cans. AS NEEDED: Replace all burned-out light bulbs and lamps. The contractor will provide all lights. Report any noticeable building problems to the building maintenance. Lock all doors and windows before leaving. WEEKLY SERVICES: All the services listed must be completed once a week. TIME: To be determined at the time of the award. Thoroughly dust all visible surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, counters, file cabinets, and equipment to a height of six (6) feet with a treated cloth or a treated feather duster which will pick up dust particles and eliminate static electricity. Remove all finger marks and smudges from entryway glass, and entry door glass. Both buildings.
