The Division of Administrative Services of the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, on behalf of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC), seeks proposals from experienced and qualified Petroleum Consulting firms providing professional engineers and geologists with specialized knowledge of the oil and gas industry in Alaska, to complete studies and reports as needed. AOGCC is seeking qualified Petroleum Consulting firms with staff or contractors/consultants to provide professional engineering and geologic services on an as needed basis for various and multiple projects covering varied disciplines within oil and gas in Alaska. It is currently anticipated that AOGCC will need Alaska specific petroleum engineering, petrophysical analysis, metering evaluation and certification, facility piping P&ID certification, subsidence analysis, etc. Expert services that must be supplied by the offeror are: 1. Drilling and Completions Engineering ; 2. Geology ; 3. Geophysics; 4. Geothermal Engineering ; 5. Petrophysics ; 6. Production Meter Proving Certification and Verification ; 7. Project Management; 8. Reservoir Computer Simulations and Modeling ; 9. Reservoir Engineering ; 10. Structural Engineering (Subsidence Evaluation); Other services related to the mission of AOGCC are desired but not required.
