The CMS awarded shall provide the following: One hundred sequentially numbered accounts for current and future expansion of IDS alarm panels on VOIP lines and/or cellular lines. Onsite training and account set up at AZNG Electronic Security Systems (ESS) office in Phoenix Arizona. This training will be at no cost and no later than one month prior to start of the contract start date. The training will include but is not limited to: Reporting capabilities. Running reports and printing reports. Viewing account history. Making changes as necessary to any field of the accounts. Adding, deleting and editing accounts. Provide levels of access authority to match individual access privileges. Monitor, log, and store events in compliance with UL: All opening and closing of accounts. All troubles of panels and sensors. All alarms of panels and sensors. All alarm activations (Erroneous or real). All events will be in Contact ID format with time and date stamps, incoming phone number/IP address, with detailed zone descriptors. User ID and associates name on activation, deactivation, alarm cancelation, and verified start and stop of monthly testing.
