A. Software Platform ● Browser Compatibility: Must be fully compatible with Google Chrome; other web browsers are optional ● Single Sign On: Must have login options based on Google OAUTH2, LDAPS, or SAML platform ● Functional Design: Must be currently operational and designed for K-12 school districts ● User Provisioning: Must have User Provisioning Sync with Apple School Manager, OneRoster Server, PowerSchool SIS, or Active Directory so all users are updated within the system ● Active Apple Partner: Must be an Active 3rd-Party Apple Partner ● Service Level Agreement: Should be governed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). ● Audit Log: Should have audit log for all modifications to provisioning and logins B. Technical Support ● Support Availability: Must have support availability during regular district operating hours - 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday - Friday ● Initial Setup: Must include initial setup, training and implementation ● Technical Support: Must provide unlimited technical support at no additional cost for the duration of the contract ● Support Channels: Support must be accessible via multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, web portal, knowledge base) ● Feature enhancements: Should be responsive to product improvement requests
