A. The selected vendor shall furnish all operational staff, tools, equipment, materials and supplies, and other means necessary for performing and completing leak detection services. B. The City Staff and Project Manager will meet with the selected vendor and assign the selected sweep area to capture acoustic data for validation by FIDO AI, or equivalent. C. The selected vendor will deploy and subsequently retrieve FIDO Bugs, or equivalent, across the selected sweep area to capture acoustic data for validation by FIDO AI, or equivalent. The selected vendor will group Point of Interest (POI) and deploy leakage engineers to physically mark the location of the leak(s) utilizing FIDO AI, or equivalent, cloud correlation and top-sounding module. D. The selected vendor will give leak information, including location to City of Savannah Water Resource Planning & Engineering and City Water Distribution who will create work orders for water department staff to initiate, prioritize and schedule repair(s). E. The selected vendor will rank all confirmed leaks by size – estimate GPM. F. The selected vendor will validate leak repair. FIDO Bugs, or equivalent, and will remain in-situ at the nearest available asset to the dig location so leak repair can be confirmed post dig. Once completion of the repair has been communicated by the water department, FIDO AI, or equivalent, the selected vendor will ill verify that the identified leaks have been successfully repaired...
