1. The Contractor will be required to submit a report in Microsoft Excel format containing the following information: a. Total number of attachments each joint-user has to Fairhope Electric poles. b. Total number of Fairhope Electric poles that each joint-user is attached to. c. Total number of power supplies each joint-user has on Fairhope Electric poles. d. Total number of metered power supplies each joint-user has on Fairhope Electric poles. e. Total number of unmetered power supplies each joint-user has on Fairhope Electric poles. f. Total numbers of Fairhope Electric attachments on “foreign” poles (poles not owned by Fairhope Electric), to be summarized by each company/utility who owns the “foreign” pole. g. Total number of stub poles belonging to Fairhope Electric. h. Total number of stub poles owned by Fairhope Electric that each joint-user is attached to. 2. The Contractor will be required to provide electronic GIS shape files which are compatible with ArcMap 10.8, ArcPro 3.3, and Windmill Map, and contain the following information: a. A GIS shape file per joint-user. Each shape file will include the actual location of each pole owned by Fairhope Electric to which the applicable company/utility (joint-user) is attached. These shape files will indicate which poles the joint-user is attached to, as week as the number of attachments that the joint-user has on each pole, and the order of attachment in respect to other joint-users.
