1. If, for any reason, I cannot bid a job for which I have been selected, I will notify the department at least seven days prior to the Bid opening date. 2. The submission of my Bid serves as an acknowledgement that I have examined the site. 3. Iam responsible for all measurements at the site. Any statement in the work write-up regarding measurements, dimensions, calculations, and quantities, are made only to furnish a basis for comparison and are to be taken only as approximations. 4. No payment shall be issued except upon a statement of satisfaction signed by homeowner and an inspector. 5. I will provide a one (1) year warranty on all labor and materials, or, a warranty of longer duration where common in the trade.
