This contract provides for the maintenance of equipment located throughout the Sanitary Sewer Collection System located in Princeton and includes the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment and materials for the maintenance and repairs as required by Princeton. Princeton intends to award two contracts for this project: a Primary On-Call Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid complies with the specifications, and a Secondary On-Call Contract to the second lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid complies with the specifications in case the primary contract holder is unable to respond quickly in an emergency situation, provided that in the judgment of Princeton it is reasonable and within the available funds of Princeton, for an initial term beginning upon award of a contract and expiring on December 31, 2026, with provisions to extend for up to two one-year terms, subject to the terms of the contract documents
