The City of Mandeville is seeking proposals from qualified firms to update the City’s land development regulations, which were last comprehensively revised in 2010. The selected firm will be engaged under a professional services contract to review the existing regulations, align them with the recently adopted Mandeville Thrives 2045 comprehensive plan, and incorporate recognized best practices for historic and growing communities. The primary purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to produce a modern, enforceable, and user-friendly Comprehensive Land Use Regulation Ordinance (CLURO) that supports economic development and enhances quality of life while preserving the City’s historic character and natural resources. The updated ordinance shall include supporting graphics, charts, and explanatory materials that promote clarity and accessibility for administrators, developers, and the public.
