Repair and Replacement: Repair of minor leaks and cracks through soldering or other approved methods. Replacement of sections of the copper lining that are severely damaged or beyond repair. Reattachment and securing of loose or separated gutter sections. Repair of any associated fascia, soffit, or trim damaged during the gutter work. Downspout and Drainage: Inspection and repair of downspouts and their connection to the gutters to ensure proper water flow and drainage away from the building's foundation. Cleanup: Removal and proper disposal of all old materials, debris, and waste from the job site. The site must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Warranty: Provision of a warranty on all materials and workmanship for a one year period.
